Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Delivery of Services

1.1 Digital Deliverables

All completed projects, including websites, applications, and related files, are delivered electronically via email, cloud storage links, or uploaded directly to the Client’s hosting server or app store accounts.
Any applicable credentials or access details will be securely shared with the Client upon completion and full payment.

1.2 Delivery Timeline

The delivery timeline is agreed upon during project discussions and is specified in the project proposal or contract.
Delays caused by the Client, such as late approvals or the non-provision of required resources, may affect the delivery timeline.

1.3 Acceptance of Deliverables

Once the deliverables are shared with the Client, the Client is required to review and provide feedback or approval within the agreed-upon timeframe.
If no feedback is received within the specified time, the deliverables will be deemed accepted.

2.1 Website Projects

Websites are uploaded to the Client’s designated hosting server. If hosting services are provided by Amuda Core Technology, the website will be hosted on our servers as per the service agreement.

2.2 App Development Projects

Applications are deployed to the respective app stores (e.g., Google Play Store, Apple App Store) under the Client’s developer accounts unless otherwise agreed.
APK or IPA files, if requested, will be shared electronically for direct use.

2.3 Project Files

Upon request, source code, design files, or other project assets will be delivered via secure download links.

As no physical shipping is involved, there are no delivery costs associated with our services.

4.1 Technical Issues

If the Client encounters any issues accessing the delivered files or services, our support team will assist in resolving the issue promptly.

4.2 Missed Deadlines

In the rare case of a delay caused by the Company, the Client will be notified in advance, and a revised delivery schedule will be provided.
