Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

1.1 “Company” refers to Amuda Core Technology, located in Bangalore, India.
1.2 “Client” refers to any individual or organization engaging the Company for services.
1.3 “Services” refer to website and application development, digital marketing, and related offerings provided by the Company.
1.4 “Deliverables” refer to any work product provided to the Client, including websites, applications, and associated documentation.


2. Scope of Services

2.1 The Company provides services as agreed upon in a formal proposal or contract.
2.2 Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing and may be subject to additional fees.


3. Client Responsibilities

3.1 The Client shall provide all necessary information, assets, and approvals in a timely manner to ensure the project progresses without delays.
3.2 The Client warrants that any material supplied to the Company does not infringe on third-party rights.


4. Payment Terms

4.1 The Company requires an upfront payment as specified in the proposal before initiating work.
4.2 The remaining balance shall be paid as per the agreed milestones.
4.3 Late payments may incur additional fees or lead to suspension of services.


5. Intellectual Property

5.1 All intellectual property rights of the final deliverables shall be transferred to the Client upon full payment.
5.2 The Company retains the right to display the project in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.


6. Confidentiality

6.1 Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the project.
6.2 The Company shall not share the Client’s data with any third party without explicit consent, except as required by law.


7. Timelines and Deadlines

7.1 The Company will endeavor to meet all agreed-upon deadlines.
7.2 Delays caused by the Client (e.g., late approvals or resource provision) may result in revised timelines.


8. Revisions and Feedback

8.1 The Company provides a specified number of revisions as per the agreed proposal.
8.2 Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.


9. Warranty and Liability

9.1 The Company provides a 30-day warranty for bug fixes after project delivery.
9.2 The Company shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the deliverables.


10. Termination

10.1 Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days’ written notice.
10.2 Upon termination, the Client shall pay for any work completed up to the termination date.


11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore.


12. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.


13. Acceptance

By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
